Your numbers, your responsibility. Results are only as accurate as what you enter. A “violation” means the figures you entered don't satisfy the rule's math; your servicer may have information we don't. Review every letter before you send it and remove anything that isn't true.

Rules change. We cite federal law (RESPA, 12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.; Regulation X, 12 C.F.R. Part 1024) as published when we last checked it. State law and your loan documents may add protections or set lower limits.

Your case link is the only key to your case. Keep it private. We can't recover it.

Retention. Uploads are deleted after 30 days; cases after 18 months of inactivity; everything immediately when you choose “Delete everything”.

No warranty. The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Saia Labs isn't liable for losses from using it.

Fair use. Don't abuse the service (automated scraping, overloading, or submitting other people's information).
